Frank Kosa was a Pearl Harbor Survivor on the USS West Virginia.  He is pictured with shipmates Jack Miller and Clifford Olds in a photo taken on December 6, 1941.  Frank was killed in February 1944 aboard the USS De Haven in the Pacific.
