USS West Virginia Veteran

Roscoe F. Dillen was the captain of the USS West Virginia from October 17, 1934 to June 9, 1936.  His son Lieutenant (jg) Roscoe F. Dillen, Jr. was killed aboard the USS Shark (SS-174) on February 11, 1942 when it was sunk by the Japanese.
