169 US Pacific Fleet Steams West
A telephoto from the West Coast showing the Pacific Fleet steaming out of
Los Angeles Harbor yesterday, headed for Hawaii and the semi-annual war
games. The fact that a world crisis exists in China "is not significant"
in the movement of this great force, officials say. The USS WEST VIRGINIA
is leading, followed by the COLORADO and the MARYLAND
