USS West Virginia Veteran

Ennis Edgar Brooks was killed in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.  He was to be married that Christmas. The young lady he was to marry never married. She became a missionary to China & lived there well into her 80's before she retired. She continued to wear the engagement ring he gave her before he went into the service.
