USS West Virginia Veteran

Hello my name is Neil Wiest; My father served on the USS West Virginia during the Pearl Harbor attack. His name was "Edgar Ralph Wiest Jr." I believe he was a Fire Controlman 1st or 2nd Class.I really don't have too much information except that he was their on Dec. 7th 1941. He was born in June 1921 and died Aug. 1970. I would really like to see his name added to the crew list of the USS West Virginia. He was also a member of the "Pearl Harbor Survivors Association" in San Diego.
