Yes I do believe this to be outragous...and an extreme lack of respect for sailors of the West Virginia...and all of Pearl Harbor for that matter. Do you have an address of the college. Or even contacting a Congressman or Senator of that state would be of some help. What other course of action do you plan on taking?
