Hello Master Chief,
If you check the link to the pictures on the front "page" of this website you'll see the Wee Vee's mast on permanent display at some place in West Virginia. I think if you write an email to the curator of the website, he may know the precise location. From that information you could contact the facility to see what needs to be done to get your retirement flag to fly from the mast. Good Luck and thanks for the 26 years you gave to us.
