His name was Robert Lee Hebel. From what I hear, he was a wonderful person, funny, honest, loyal, etc. Its still a pretty sore spot with the extended family. His Mother wouldn't believe he died, and for months thought maybe he was alive with amnesia. It took a long long time for her to get over it.
So when you go visit the memorial and you see that wall with all the names on it, just remember, everyone of the families of those boys suffered greatly. Don't take it lightly, it was the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
