I am looking for any "Wee Vee" sailors who knew Eugene Victor Downing, seaman 2nd class. I know he was part of the "Wee Vee's" crew and that he died in Pearl Harbor on 7 Dec 1941. I would like to find out where he was from. I know there was also a James Downing on the "Wee Vee", but I don't think they were related.
